Where EMIC programmes involve student assessments, we collect student performance data (not personal identity data) solely to generate programme reports. Student assessment data is shared only with the relevant school and, through school-provided channels, with the student's parent or guardian. We do not collect names, photos, or directly identifiable personal information of minors through this website. Schools are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental consents before participating in EMIC programmes.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with: our email service provider (SendPulse) solely to deliver contact form notifications; professional advisors bound by confidentiality obligations; and law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law. We ensure all third-party processors maintain appropriate data protection standards.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. School programme data is retained for the duration of the partnership and up to 3 years thereafter for trend comparison purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).
